April 23. After a weekend that we all want to put behind us, my housemate and I decided to cook a hearty feast to surprise the 3rd housemate (and extended friends).
We used the Lentil as Anything cookbook (AMAZING) and made: Vegetable Curry, Schezwan mushrooms, coconut rice and rice paper rolls!
